Impact Initiative
For the past decade, FSCB's Impact Initiative has been at the heart of our commitment to community empowerment. FSCB is dedicated to reinvesting in the community. We support developmental goals and civic initiatives, including funding educational programs and aiding charitable and faith-based organizations. Our employees volunteer their time to landscape, paint, prepare meals, teach financial literacy, and more. We are committed to making a positive impact and building stronger communities.

A Decade of Empowerment:
10 Years of Community Impact
Every year, our markets across the state of Missouri come together to participate in projects that give back to their communities. These initiatives are more than just acts of kindness; they are powerful demonstrations of our commitment to making a positive impact.
Once all the projects are complete, we celebrate their efforts by selecting a winner. The winning project receives additional funds to donate back to the organization that made it all possible, amplifying the impact even further.
Our 2024 Impact Initiative Project Winner
The Lebanon Market
Our 2024 Project winner was the Lebanon Market. The Lebanon Market partnered with Hill Crest Learning Center to address a pressing need in the community while making a positive impact on the lives of at-risk students.
Lebanon & Conway provided Lebanon R-3 with Reality Enrichment and Life Lessons (REALL) kits so that more students can experience the hands-on simulation designed to challenge at-risk youth to think critically about how choices and decisions may have consequences in adulthood. The REALL project identifies components and sources of income, analyzes how career choice, education, skills, and economic conditions affect income and goal attainment, relates taxes, government transfer payments, and employee benefits to disposable income, and explains how financial resources affect the choices people make.
Lebanon FSCB employees also volunteered to fill Shepherd’s Packs for Laclede County students experiencing food insecurity.
