How does my card work?
Your FSCB Debit MasterCard® works in conjunction with your checking account. Just pay with your FSCB Debit MasterCard® and the amount of the purchase is deducted from your checking account, just as if you had written a check.

With Pocket Change Debit Savings, we’ll round up your transactions to the nearest dollar and deposit the difference into your savings account. It’s a quick and easy way to save more!
Access Free ATMs
With the MoneyPass ATM Network, you’ll have access to cash at over 25,000 ATMs nationwide. You may also use FSCB ATMs to make deposits, check your balances, and get cash when you need it.
Lock Your Debit Card
Lose your wallet? Notice a suspicious charge? With SecureSwipe from FSCB Mobile Banking, you can turn your debit card on and off.
Get Text Alerts
Stay up-to-date on what is happening with your accounts on our banking app. You can receive a text alert for all debit transactions or create a custom alert.

What if my MasterCard® Debit Card is lost or stolen?
Call 1-888-443-3722 immediately upon discovery of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your MasterCard Debit Card. You can also report your lost or stolen card online or on our banking app.
Report Debit Card Fraud
If at any time you suspect that you have been a victim of fraud, please contact FSCB as soon as possible by calling 877-955-3722.
You may also protect yourself by:
- Proactively monitoring your account activity with online banking
- Enrolling in text alerts with FSCB Mobile Banking
- Enrolling in and using ID Protect® - available with Preferred Checking and Horizons Club Checking Accounts.

If we notice any suspicious activity on your FSCB Debit MasterCard®, we’ll text you first to verify that you made the purchase in question. And if you happen to miss the text, we’ll give you a call. This won’t happen for every transaction, just in the event of potential debit card fraud.
