Can't make it to the bank? Make a check deposit from anywhere at any time with FSCB's mobile app.

Use your smartphone, snap a picture of the front and back of the check you wish to deposit. Once the deposit is accepted, you will receive completion confirmation. 

Pocket Change

Save effortlessly. Make small contributions to your savings account every time you shop.

Enroll through the Mobile App by selecting "Save Your Pocket Change" from the menu. 

Once enrolled, every transaction you make with your FSCB Debit Mastercard® is rounded up to the nearest dollar and the change will be deposited into another FSCB account of your choice.

Picture Pay

Picture Pay is a mobile bill payment service that allows you to pay bills using the camera on your mobile device. 

Enroll through the Mobile App by selecting "Pay A Bill" from the menu, then "Pay with a Photo". You will take a picture of your invoice and then the built-in technology will read the contents and create a payee for you. You will then select when to pay the bill and how much to pay. 

Once the payee is created, the information is stored for you to continue to use in the future. 

First-time Access Instructions For Digital Banking

arrowDownload the FSCB mobile app. 

arrowEnter your Online Banking ID you have been provided and the last 4 digits of your SSN or TIN. 

arrowFollow the prompts to set up your security requirements.

white-blockMust contain at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (+_%@!$-).

white-blockMust be between 10 and 25 characters in length. 

white-blockMust not match or contain your Online Banking ID. 

white-blockMust not match one of the previous 4 passwords. 

arrowOnce logged in, you can access the Options section to change your account names, Online Banking ID, and/or customize the display settings. 

Quick Tips

lightbulb In Settings, set up your biometrics (face ID or fingerprint), Quick Access to your account balances without logging in, choose a dark or light theme for the app, and customize your quick links!

lightbulb Mobile Alerts are a great way to keep updated on your balances and transactions. 

lightbulb Under Manage Debit Cards, you can lock your debit card when not in use through our SecureSwipe feature. 

lightbulb Use the Locations option to find a MoneyPass ATM near you. ATM withdrawals using a participating MoneyPass ATM will be free of charge!




ATM Deposits

Make deposits right at the ATM, at your convenience. No more deposit slips and you can verify your deposit on the screen. Your receipt will also show a picture of the deposited item for your reference. (At participating locations.)

Telephone Banking

You can call from anywhere in the world to check your account balances, confirm that a check has cleared, transfer funds between your First State Community Bank accounts, and much more. All accounts will be automatically enrolled in telephone banking. The first time you use telephone banking, you will log in using your account number and your Social Security Number. For added safety, we recommend changing your telephone banking PIN when using the system for the first time.

*Please note that transfers made via telephone banking may not immediately post to your account. In order to ensure that transfers are posted on the current day’s business, please schedule transfers before 7:00 p.m. Central Time.
